St. Joseph Immaculate Heart of Mary School is a Catholic Elementary School consisting of preschool through grade eight. The school, staffed by the Sisters of Notre Dame of Chardon, Ohio, in collaboration with competent, dedicated lay persons and are fully certified by the State of Ohio and follows the directives of the Office of Catholic Schools of the Diocese of Youngstown. The staff, together with the children and parents, endeavor to create a Christian atmosphere where total life learning will take place.

To assist the working parents of the K-8 students attending St. Joseph Immaculate Heart of Mary School, an "Extended Day" program is operated by the school from school dismissal until 6:00 p.m.
